Expertise: Energy, environmental and consumer economics, electric system operations, biofuels, integrated resource planning, environmental impact assessment, forecasting, climate change, applied mathematics and statistics; 10 years experience with the Appliance Standards Group and numerous collaborations with other groups at LBNL.
